I feel so blessed that I selected Dr. Cruise to do my facelift. I did a lot of research to find a good plastic surgeon. Not only did Dr. Cruise have all the right qualifications but he was also very confident and reassuring in person. I appreciated his guidance in what procedures would work best for me.
I couldn’t be happier with the results. I look at least 10 years younger now. A long time friend said that she didn’t think the surgery would make a difference, but now she said I look “fantastic”. Just the other day, a parking attendant that looked to be about my age called me “young lady”. I drove out of the parking lot smiling because I haven’t been called “young lady” in a long time.
As I mentioned, I had so many compliments on my recent vacation. People constantly told me that I am “too young to remember” things that I remember well. When one couple found out my husband and I have been married 28 years, they said that “there must be something really good in my water”. Several people specifically referred to me as being in my 30’s. They would say something like “when you hit 40…”.
The best part of all is that my face looks completely natural. I don’t lookenhanced, pulled or altered, I just look younger and refreshed.

Erin had been thinking about having her breasts augmented since high school. She has always been a confident girl. As the years progressed, it stayed on her mind and although she still wanted to have the surgery, there was something holding her back. Unlike other girls who have breast augmentation in hopes of attracting a man, Erin wanted to wait until she had found her future husband first in order to see how he felt about her having the surgery.
"When I first met Gavin, we had an unmistakable connection and in a few short months, when we were getting a more serious, I asked him how he felt about me having a breast augmentation. We had both decided to wait for marriage to be intimate and although he had not yet seen my body, I wanted to make sure he was alright with the decision," says Erin.

Gynecomastia surgery prompts teenager to lose 80 pounds
Luke had suffered with gynecomastia, male breast enlargement, since he was 10 years old. Growing up a few blocks away from the beach would be a dream for most children. Luke, however, dreaded the summer season and never participated in any activity that would require him to take off his shirt.
“Even though I lived close to the beach, I never wanted to go…I always looked forward to when it was cold so that I could hide under a jacket,” says Luke.
At the time of the surgery, Luke was 18 years old, about 6’4” and had topped out at 290lbs. He attributes his weight gain as a teenager with the emotional and physical effects of having gynecomastia.
“I never felt confident or comfortable with myself and ended up just letting myself go. I thought I was just stuck with having the enlarged breasts, I was unaware there was a solution and felt totally powerless,” says Luke.
The results of the gynecomastia surgery left Luke with a renewed confidence and drive to continue with the transformation of his body. Through a mixture of a portion controlled diet and cardiovascular program, Luke, now 20, is fully committed to creating a healthier lifestyle. He credits having the surgery with being the catalyst for making the drastic health change in his life.

Dear Dr. Cruise’. That is how my first letter began. Now look, I am writing to you again, this time to thank you for the life-long gift you have given me. You may not have saved my life, but you have certainly changed it with your generosity.
When plastic surgery seemed out of the question, you gave me a chance. Of the several doctors that received my request, you were the only one to reply. After all has been done, I can reflect on the truly rewarding experience I had meeting you and your staff. It has shown me that I was wrong in thinking it was absurd to ask someone to do me an act of kindness. What you have done for me is an incredible action, and gives me the opportunity to have self esteem I never had before.
You have given me much more than a surgery; you have given me a life experience to remember, and a special type of joy that cannot easily be explained. I couldn’t thank you enough for this feeling.
I have my whole life ahead of me, and I hope to meet other people just like you. People that help, not out of self interest, but help because of genuine sympathy and a giving nature. Actions like yours make life sweet.

New Lease on Life
I’ve been married for 18 years and together with my husband for 21… And though we never had children of our own; the natural aging process took a toll on my body. At the age of 48, and after loosing a little weight, my breasts just weren’t what they used to be.
When I was younger, I fit into a small A cup. This size isn’t half bad when your breasts are perky and cute in your twenties or early thirties… not so much after they’ve sunken to the pressure of gravity. Truthfully, I’ve always wanted a breast augmentation… for 10 years, but my husband thought it was ridiculous and so I never did it.
This year is very different though. After 18 years of marriage, my husband and I have, unfortunately, decided to go our separate ways. The bitter sweet decision brought about many changes in my life... in all aspects. One of the things freedom afforded me was the opportunity to make a change… So I took the plunge.
I knew having this procedure would make me feel better about myself, but I had no idea how much transforming the outside would change the way I felt on the inside. Prior to having the surgery, I looked horrible. I can’t imagine any woman would be happy looking that way. I wasn’t confident about my looks and I certainly didn’t want to show anything off.
Now just a few weeks after the procedure, I feel beautiful, more feminine. I have noticed an increase in my self confidence that has given me strength, and this has translated to a kind of contentment and acceptance in every aspect of my life.
Prior to the procedure, I prayed my husband and I would get back together… now I simply pray we will both be happy. Prior to the procedure, I was focused on him… now my focus includes both of us.
It is truly a great day when a woman has the option to make these kinds of changes, because age happens to every woman... Breasts just aren’t made to last forever… but now there is something we can do about it.

Have your Cake and Eat it Too...
I was always a confident woman… Being a formal model and working in television and production, I’m inspired to keep an active, healthy lifestyle. Though I never thought about letting myself go, having children definitely took a significant toll on my figure. When you are single, you spend a lot of time focusing on yourself, your appearance, your body. Having children changes that focus, and although I am fortunate to have a great supportive husband and four beautiful boys to keep me busy; I wanted to feel the way I did about my body 10 years ago. So this year, my husband chose to help me get my former model body back.
It has been 10 months since the surgery, and I can honestly say I look better now than I did 10 years ago. Its funny how memory fades… time goes by and you forget what it felt like pre nursing days. It may seem vain, striving to have the body you want, but how you look reflects how you feel. You project more confidence to other people when you are confident in your own skin.
My husband is ecstatic with the results as well. He compliments me more now than ever, and says I look even better after having our four boys than I did before. Even my boys notice… they say “MOM’S HOT”!
This experience has been life changing; though I must say, you can’t do this for someone else – you have to do it for yourself. My advice to any woman going through the procedure is to choose a surgeon who will produce the most natural results.

Ahh!!! We Are Engaged!!!!
If Cloud 9 had a penthouse, I would be the happiest woman in the room!!!
Oh my gosh! Where do I begin? :)
It all started last August when Gavin and I knew we were going to spend the rest of our lives together. We decided in September to start our photography business together and when Gavin told his Dad the news about our new direction he said “Son, you can’t go asking Erin to start a business with her with no future plans. And Gavin’s quick response to his father was, “Dad, I can’t imagine my life with anyone else!”
And so months go by and we start talking about it more and more. And I started being a typical girl and hoping it would be any day we spent together. And because I am a big time analyzer... Gav had to pull a big surprise and try to catch me off guard.
In February, we went to go look at rings to just see what was out there...and I picked the ring i wanted within 10 minutes... nothing else compared to it. Any other ring the lady showed me I went straight back to the one my heart was set on. And so I got really anxious about the proposal from that point. I wanted that ring on my finger right after we picked it! ;)
Months go by, and still no ring.... I wasn’t doing to well, Lol. I know a lot of girls can relate to me with this one. I just kept on saying to myself, “What is taking this boy so long? We know we want to get married at the end of this year and the days are going by.”
