People who are good candidates for ear plastic surgery are those who feel very self-conscious about the way their ears look. They may wear hats, scarves, or other things to cover their ears so that they cannot be seen. Another good candidate is a schoolchild who is made fun of repeatedly by classmates, with devastating results.
