Five months after Breast Lift Reduction on a 39-year-old mother of 2. Bra size before surgery 38DDD, after 38C.

Breast lifts without an implant don't provide as much upper fullness.
To obtain the full look on top of the breast, a small breast implant would be recommended.

Ten weeks after breast reduction and implant removal. Surgery shows marked reduction in size and improvement of breast shape.

Patient has also undergone significant liposuction of the breasts, abdoment and flanks.
